When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, company, business email, telephone number, delivery country and postcode, VAT number, delivery address or message, and the requested products and quantities. Essential browser storage is used to keep your basket available after a page refresh.
Why we use it
We use this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, confirm availability and delivery, communicate with you, keep business records, and improve the operation and security of this webshop. Processing is based, as applicable, on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and JMT's legitimate interests in operating a B2B sales service.
Who may process it
Data is processed by JMT and its service providers for email delivery, Microsoft 365/Excel records and Odoo CRM. BGL may receive information needed to support product availability or technical matters. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
We retain enquiry and business records only for as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal requirements. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by emailing privacy@jmtsolutions.eu.
